Rent for one semester
Are you graduating or visiting Pepperdine for only one semester and need housing? We offer one-semester housing under the following terms:
The rate is set equal to Pepperdine’s Drescher room rate, which is currently $9,500 for the semester.
The full amount must be paid in advance at the time of lease signing.
Once we accept your application, you are guaranteed housing—but the location will not be set until move-in. We will ask for your preference requests and will place students in order of their application date. So the earlier you apply and pay for the semester, the more likely you are to get the placement location of your choice.
We will try to place you in a private room, but it is not guaranteed. All of our housing is great when living at a Malibu resort, but you may have to share housing with other Pepperdine students based on availability.
The dates for housing will be based on your program, and you can have seven days before the first day of classes and up to seven days after the semester ends for free based on the availability of the room. Additional days may be purchased at a rate of $100 per day so long as the room is available.
