STEPS FOR SECURING A SPOT:
Take a tour, or schedule a Zoom with one of our staff, by filling out the application information below and clicking “Step 1.”
After the tour, fill out the application payment form and pay a $750 pre-payment to hold your spot by clicking below to “Step 2.”
Follow the link to our lease below and commit to living here by signing the lease online, via clicking “Step 3.” The lease is not complete until we approve the room is available and then sign and return the completed lease to you.
Because we serve just 7% of off-campus Pepperdine students, our spaces generally fill up within a few weeks of opening every year. If you already have been out to Calamigos or know for sure you want one of these spots, you are welcome to skip the tour/Zoom and complete Steps 1, 2 & 3 at the same time. If you are going for a house, all housemates must fill out this application to be considered as a group.
Next, make a payment below. This is not a deposit, as it is applied to your first month’s rent.

Step 3: Complete the lease. Before you proceed, you will need two pieces of information:
Your move-in date. Consider your academic program calendar and any leadership or on-campus or local employment dates you need to consider. If you are unsure, we recommend you put August 15, and we can always change your move-in date if plans change.
You will need to determine the amount of your monthly rate. To determine this amount:
- Choose the house or cabin you would like to live in, and then the webpage will show the amount of monthly rent.
- If you are planning on sharing a bedroom with a roommate, subtract the “make mine a double” cost.
- If you are planning on staying for just the 9-month academic year, add in a $300 a month premium.
Example: A Log Cabin shared large room for the academic year is $1,500 plus $300 (for the academic year) = $1,800 per month.
