Leasing for the 2024 - 2025 academic year is now open. Less than half our spaces are still available.

If you desire to stay with us 9 months, our leases run through August 15, 2024 to May 15 2024.

You can stay with us for a full 12 months and add summer on before or after your stay for a discount.

Our student housing is located in and around Calamigos Ranch, at the corner of Mulholland, Kanan and Latigo Canyon Roads.

We are located 11.4 miles from Pepperdine, which represents a 15 minute drive.

Our Calamigos Beach Club is just 1.5 miles from Campus at Coral Beach, where students can grab food, a private study space overlooking the ocean, and check out paddle boards or kayaks as part of our resort perks.

Our housing provides private rooms for twelve months for less than staying in a Drescher private room on campus for eight months.

We typically have up to two RAs, one SLA and internships available for each academic year. Please refer to our article on how to save on rent costs for more information.

We interview and select RA/ SLA roles during the month of February each year.
