This distinguished house features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, providing an ideal sanctuary for a group of 5 students—or more for those inclined to share a room. The Oaks exudes a timeless charm, providing an ambient setting for hosting intimate study sessions or dinner gatherings. Its expansive interiors and well-appointed kitchen amenities make it an excellent venue for entertaining. Furthermore, the residence’s convenient laundry facilities, located on the outside deck adjacent to the kitchen, ensure a seamless living experience.

COST

• All rooms include a full RESORT PACKAGE, including dedicated self-park space, free laundry machines, housekeeping once a week, all utilities (valued at $110 per month), wi-fi (Valued at $50 per month), furnished room, gym fee (valued at $100 per month), Beach Club Access when open to students, and 24-hour care and protection.

• Private Room = $2,100 per month with a 12-month lease

• Shared Room = $1,600 per month with a 12-month lease

• Triple Room = $1,000 per month with a 12-month lease (only available for a group of 8 students renting the house as a group)

• ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY (9-month rentals) available for an additional $300 per month

PLEASE NOTE

This house has limited parking to spaces on the driveways; these rooms have therefore received a discount in rent. Every student will receive a dedicated parking spot, but spaces at the house will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. The overflow will have to park down the street and walk back to the house. Students can park at the house while present and loading/unloading, but no street parking is available.
