• 4 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodating six to eight occupants

The upper floor offers a private bedroom with a half bathroom adjacent to the common area, along with a master bedroom designed for two occupants, complete with a private full bathroom. The lower level has a second master bedroom with large picture windows that can accommodate two-to-three occupants. Additionally, this level includes a full bathroom, a complete laundry area, and a second bedroom that can be utilized as a private sanctuary or shared space.

COST

• All rooms include a full RESORT PACKAGE, including dedicated self-park space, free laundry machines, housekeeping once a week, all utilities (valued at $110 per month), wi-fi (valued at $50 per month), furnished room, gym fee (valued at $100 per month), Beach Club Access when open to students, and 24-hour care and protection.

• Private Room = $2,100 per month with a 12-month lease

• Shared Room = $1,500 per month with a 12-month lease

• Triple Room = $1,000 per month with a 12-month lease (only available for a group of 8 students renting the house as a group)

• ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY (9-month rentals) available for an additional $300 per month

PLEASE NOTE

This house has limited parking to spaces on the driveways; these rooms have therefore received a discount in rent, because half the parking spaces are at a lot 200 yards down the road at our private, well-lit parking lot. Every student will receive a dedicated parking spot, but spaces at the house will be on a first-come-first-serve basis, and overflow will have to park down the street and walk back to the house. You can always park at the house while you are present and loading/unloading, but no street parking is available.
