Nestled in the picturesque Calamigos Valley, The Nest is an exquisite five-bedroom residence offering unparalleled views and sophisticated comfort. Ideal for a group of six-to-nine students, this elegant abode opened its doors to students in August of 2022.

Upon entering, residents are greeted by a vast kitchen space that seamlessly transitions into a stylish dining room and a formal dining area, catering effortlessly to both study sessions and nights of entertainment.

The first bedroom, boasting breathtaking vistas of the resort and mountains, is strategically located just beyond the front entrance and adjacent to the kitchen. Adorned with a large picture window, this versatile room can be arranged as a cozy double or a spacious single, accommodating all preferences.

Continuing the tour, the cozy second bedroom awaits just off the living room, offering a perfect sanctuary with ample storage space provided by a wardrobe and closet.

Journeying down the hallway, the third and fourth bedrooms beckon, each offering generous proportions that can be configured as delightful doubles or serene singles. These rooms provide ample space for relaxation and personalization, ensuring a restful atmosphere for every resident.

The pinnacle of luxury awaits in the master suite, designed to accommodate two occupants in absolute comfort and complete with an en-suite bathroom and an expansive walk-in closet.

Stepping outside onto the back patio, residents are treated to sweeping views cascading down the hillside, offering a scenic overlook extending towards the azure expanse of the ocean. The Nest epitomizes a harmonious blend of camaraderie and natural beauty, making it the perfect haven for harmonious communal living and serene mountain retreats.

COST:

• All rooms include a full RESORT PACKAGE, including dedicated self-park space, free laundry machines, housekeeping once a week, all utilities (valued at $110 per month), wi-fi (valued at $50 per month), furnished room, gym fee (valued at $100 per month), Beach Club Access when open to students, and 24-hour care and protection.

• Private Room = $2,200 per month with a 12-month lease

• Shared Room = $1,500 per month with a 12-month lease

• ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY (9-month rentals) available for an additional $300 per month
