The Log Cabin is complete with premium amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen designed to cater to your culinary desires, a charming back garden for moments of repose, and multiple inviting porches scattered throughout the residence.

Ascend to the third floor, where three tastefully adorned bedrooms await, including a master suite, a spacious bedroom with a private patio offering enchanting views, two luxurious bathrooms, and a cozy private room perfect for quiet contemplation. The second floor features a grand kitchen, an elegant dining room, a living area adorned with a crackling fireplace, a delightful deck area, and a serene back patio overlooking a private backyard perched above a tranquil year-round creek. Unwind on the first floor within two generous private rooms, an additional well-appointed kitchen, and a decadent bathroom.

COST

  • All rooms include a full RESORT PACKAGE, including dedicated self-park space, free laundry machines, housekeeping once a week, all utilities (valued at $110 per month), wi-fi (valued at $50 per month), furnished room, gym fee (valued at $100 per month), Beach Club Access when open to students, and 24-hour care and protection.

  • Large Private Room = $2,200 per month with a 12-month lease (4 available)

  • Small Private Room = $1,800 per month with a 12-month lease (1 available)

  • Shared Large Room = $1,500 per month with a 12-month lease

  • Triple Room = $1,050 per month with a 12-month lease (only available for a group of 8 students renting the house as a group)

  • ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY (9-month rentals) available for an additional $300 per month
