By filling out this application and attached credit card form, I am agreeing to moving forward in the leasing process for Semester by the Sea housing.  A $750 charge will be made with this application.  This charge is refundable up until the time you sign the lease. Space and location are not confirmed until all students sign a lease for a space. After signing the lease, the $750 will be applied towards your first rental payment.  Houses are assigned on a first-come basis after leases have been signed by all house students. 

 I agree that all information submitted is correct.  I agree that Calamigos Living may perform an enrollment verification or background check if needed.

 I also understand that Semester by the Sea is a student community located at a premier resort with busy wedding and TV / movie filming, and restaurant operations.  While students love all the access to the beach club, gyms, pools, and grounds of the resort, by applying you also understand that it can be a busy place and agree to not harass the movie stars, events, and wedding guests.  Semester by the Sea is a pet-free and smoke-free environment.  Leases are for one year at a time (academic or full 12 months) and the one monthy cost covers rent, furniture, great wifi, electricity and utilities,  garbage, laundry, and gym – pool – and beach club access.
