All rooms include our Full Resort Package, including a resident-exclusive parking lot, complimentary laundry machines, once-a-week housekeeping (valued at $125/mo), all utilities (valued at $110 per month), Wi-Fi (valued at $50 per month), fully-furnished room, private gym access (valued at $100 per month), spa pool and pickleball access (valued at $125/mo) and Calamigos Beach Club Access (valued at over $450/mo), for a total of over $960 in complimentary amenities per month.

  • Private Room = $2,200 per month with a 12-month lease

  • Shared Room = $1,600 per month with a 12-month lease
